Questions about ordering

Can I order items individually?

In most cases not, but some products such as ribbons or stickers can be ordered separately. Use the filters on the site to see which packages are available from 10 pieces.
But we also have resellers who order our products in smaller quantities, such as Kaaptaart Supplies .

Can I still change my order?

Your order will be sent to the warehouse immediately after payment to ensure fast shipping. Unfortunately, it is therefore not possible to adjust your order after payment has been completed.

Do you have a store?

I would love to have a store with all the beautiful packaging to look at, but alas... It is still a one-woman show and a store is not feasible. All stock is hygienically packed in the warehouse that is not accessible to shoppers unfortunately!

Can I receive a sample?

Sometimes! A sample costs €10.00 (including administration and shipping costs). Feel free to email me at info@cupcakedozen.nl to check if the desired product is available as a sample.

What if a product is out of stock?

Click on “email me when back in stock” on the item or send me a message. I usually know when something is coming back.

Yes, absolutely! You can find more information about this here .

Does the smart cake dome come in other sizes?

No, unfortunately. Larger sizes are technically not possible due to the production method.

How do I fold this box?

We offer a range of instruction videos that are clear and easy to follow.

Can I have boxes printed with my logo?

No, we don't offer that. But you can personalize your boxes with ribbons, stickers or a logo label. That way you give your brand a unique look, without having to order thousands of pieces.
