  • Delivery time

    Orders placed on working days before 8:00 PM are usually shipped the same day (if in stock).


    Delivery time: 1-2 business days. The expected delivery time is stated with each article.


    Large orders and clear boxes may require additional processing time.


    Orders with multiple items will be shipped together based on the longest delivery time.

    For orders with a higher volume or weight, a surcharge may apply. Contact us for a custom quote.

  • Ex Works (EXW)

    Cupcakedozen.nl currently does not ship directly to Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Austria. This is due to stricter regulations and administrative requirements in these countries. However, for customers from these countries we offer the possibility to order via an EX WORKS (EXW) delivery.

    What does EX WORKS mean?

    With an EXW order, you arrange the transport of your order from our warehouse in Soest (Netherlands) to your address abroad. We ensure that your order is neatly ready for collection.

    This option is ideal for business customers or private customers who want to organize the transport themselves, for example via a courier service or contact person in the Netherlands.

    How does it work?

    1. Please send us an email with the desired products and quantities.
    2. You will receive an invoice from us.
    3. After receipt of payment we will prepare the order for shipping. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing.
    4. You arrange the transport yourself.
    5. As soon as you know when the shipment will be picked up, let us know by email. We will make sure that the order is ready at the agreed time.
