At Cupcakedozen.nl, we believe it's important that you're happy with your order. Is a product not quite what you expected? No problem: you can easily return it through your customer account.
How returns work

Log in to your account
Go to your account or click the profile icon in the webshop. Enter your email address and confirm with the 6-digit verification code you receive by email. -
Select order
In your overview, you'll see all your orders. Click the three dots next to the order in question and select "Request return." -
Choose articles
Select the items you want to return. If you're returning multiple items, you can select a reason for returning each product and add a note if desired. -
To confirm
Click on "Request return." You'll receive an immediate email confirmation. After approval, we'll send you the return instructions. -
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount via your original payment method within 14 business days.
Return period
- At Cupcakedozen.nl you always have a 30-day return policy.
- You can cancel your order without giving a reason within the first 14 days of receipt (statutory right of withdrawal).
- You then have an additional 16 days from us to return your item.
- In total, you have 30 days to register and return your item.
Important conditions
- Packages must be unopened, unused and in new condition.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened packaging.
- Always include the packing slip or invoice.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products (such as printed packaging).
- Items that are sealed and where the seal has been broken.
Damaged or received incorrectly?
Check your order immediately upon receipt. Was anything damaged or delivered incorrectly? Report this within 48 hours to info@cupcakedozen.nl so we can offer a suitable solution.
Exchange
Want a different product? First, return your item and then simply place a new order.
For business customers (B2B)
Business customers do not have the statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are only possible after prior consultation and under specific conditions.
