Returns

At Cupcakedozen.nl we find it important that you are satisfied with your order. That is why we offer a return period of 30 days. Within this period you can return or exchange your order, provided that it meets the conditions below.

Statutory right of withdrawal (consumers within the EU)

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to actually return the product. The product may have been removed from the packaging to assess it, as you would in a physical store, but must be unused and in new condition.

Extended return period (30 days total)

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer an additional return option up to 30 days after receipt. For returns after the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days, the product must be unused, in its original condition and - if reasonably possible - in its original packaging. Always include the packing slip or proof of purchase with the return shipment.

Damaged or incorrect items

Check your order immediately upon receipt. Is the item damaged or did you receive the wrong product? Please contact us within 48 hours via info@cupcakedozen.nl , so that we can offer a suitable solution.

Items that cannot be returned

Some items cannot be returned. This includes:

• Items that are custom made or personalized especially for you (such as printed packaging)
• Items that are sealed and the seal has been broken

If in doubt, always contact us first.

Exchange

Want to exchange an item? The fastest way is to return the item you have and then reorder the desired item once the return is accepted.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation from us. If the return is approved, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If the refund has not appeared after 15 business days, please contact us via info@cupcakedozen.nl .

For business customers (B2B)

For business customers, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. Returns of business orders are only possible after prior consultation and under specific conditions.
