Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days without stating a reason. This page explains how that works. If you want to return something outside this legal period, or if you are looking for the practical return process, please visit our Returns page.

Your cancellation period

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days, starting from the day you (or a person designated by you) received the products. Within this period, you can cancel the purchase without giving any reason.

Cancel via the form below

The easiest way to cancel is via the form below. You can find this at the bottom of this page. You do not need to log in for this.

1. Enter your order number and email address and confirm your cancellation.
2. You will immediately receive an automatic confirmation by email, with date and time.
3. After that, you will receive the return instructions from us.

Refund

In case of a cancellation, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned products via your original payment method. We will only refund the standard shipping costs of the original shipment if you cancel your entire order. For a partial return, where you keep part of your order, the outgoing shipping costs will not be refunded.

We will do this within 14 days after we have received your cancellation. We may wait with repayment until we have received the products back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

The direct costs for the return shipment are for your own account. You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The following items are not covered by the legal right of withdrawal:

• Personalised products or products specially made for you, such as printed packaging.
• Sealed products whose seal has been broken after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Business customers (B2B)

The legal right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers. Returns are only possible after prior consultation and under specific conditions.
