Box for 6 cupcakes - shop window (10 pcs)

This white box for 6 cupcakes, 25 x 17 x 10 cm, is the handy middle size: six cupcakes stand upright in a card insert with round holes, on show through the shop window with its scalloped awning edge. You order 10 boxes with 10 inserts; cupcake cases and cupcakes are not included.

Can you combine cupcakes and a bento cake in one box?

Yes. Cut an opening in the insert that is large enough for your bento cake, place the cake in the middle and the cupcakes around it. That turns one box into a complete gift. Without the insert you have a flat box of 25 x 17 x 10 cm, because the sides click into place without flaps folding inwards.

Why is this box so easy to work with?

I designed this range myself, drawing on my own background as a baker. The lid stays open upright, so you can line up the boxes on your work surface and pipe the cupcakes in the box. The box is made of 370 g/m² board and is 10 cm tall, with room for generous toppings and cupcake toppers.

How do you finish the box in your own style?

With a satin ribbon, cord, a themed sticker or a sleeve you make the white box fit any occasion. Fill empty space with zigzag box filler. Prefer pink? Choose the pink box for 6 cupcakes; the white shop window range has the matching sizes, most of them in packs of 10.

Material, food contact and disposal

The box and the insert are made of GC2 board; for the box this is 370 g/m² and for the insert 300 g/m². The window is PET. The board was produced under an FSC label; Cupcakedozen.nl is not FSC certified itself. According to my supplier's declaration of compliance, the box is suitable for direct contact with dry and fatty foods, such as cupcakes with buttercream, at room temperature or colder. It is not intended for moist, acidic or liquid foods, or for the oven or microwave. The box meets the PFAS requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/40, and the sum of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium stays below 100 mg/kg.

Disposal in the Netherlands: remove the window from the lid. The box and insert (21 PAP) go with paper and cardboard, the window (01 PET) and the shrink film around the set with plastic packaging (PMD). Elsewhere, follow your local rules.

Which cupcakes fit in the box for 6 cupcakes?

Standard cupcakes in cases of 51 x 38 mm fit in the 6 round holes of 6 cm. The box is 10 cm tall, so there is room for a generous topping or a cupcake topper as well.

Are cupcake cases or inserts included with the box?

The inserts are: you get 10 boxes with 10 inserts. Cupcake cases, cupcakes and decorations are ordered separately. Order matching cupcake cases with the boxes and you get an extra discount with a bundle deal.

How do you combine a bento cake with cupcakes in this box?

Cut an opening in the insert that is large enough for the bento cake. Place the cake in the opening and the cupcakes in the remaining holes.

Can the box with cupcakes go in the freezer?

Yes, according to my supplier's specification this box is suitable for the freezer. Food contact has been assessed at room temperature or colder; oven and microwave are excluded.

In the Netherlands the empty box and insert (21 PAP) go with paper and cardboard. Remove the PET window (01 PET) first; it goes with plastic packaging (PMD). Elsewhere, follow your local rules.
