Pink box for 6 cupcakes - shop window (10 pcs)

This pink box for 6 cupcakes, 25 x 17 x 10 cm, turns half a dozen cupcakes into a gift straight away: the box is printed bright pink and varnished, and through the shop window with its scalloped awning edge six cupcakes stand upright in round holes. You order 10 boxes with 10 inserts; cupcake cases and cupcakes are not included.

Why do bakers choose this pink box for 6 cupcakes?

Because it makes the work in the bakery easier. I designed this range myself, drawing on my own background as a baker. The lid stays open upright, so you can line up the boxes on your work surface, place the cupcakes inside and finish them in the box. Bakers keep reordering these boxes.

Which occasions suit the pink box?

A new baby or baby shower, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day or a birthday. Because the box is already pink, a satin ribbon, cord, a themed sticker or a sleeve is often all the finishing you need. Thanks to the round holes your cupcakes line up neatly, including in the photos you post on Instagram.

Can you use the box without the insert?

Yes. The sides click into place without flaps folding inwards, so without the insert it is a pink cake box of 25 x 17 x 10 cm, for example for a bento cake with a few extra treats. The pink shop window range has the matching sizes; prefer white, choose the white box for 6 cupcakes.

Material, food contact and disposal

The box and the insert are made of GC2 board; for the box this is 370 g/m² and for the insert 300 g/m². The box is printed pink and varnished; the printing ink does not come into contact with the contents. The window is PET. The board was produced under an FSC label; Cupcakedozen.nl is not FSC certified itself. According to my supplier's declaration of compliance, the box is suitable for direct contact with dry and fatty foods, such as cupcakes with buttercream, at room temperature or colder. It is not intended for moist, acidic or liquid foods, or for the oven or microwave. The box meets the PFAS requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/40, and the sum of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium stays below 100 mg/kg.

Disposal in the Netherlands: remove the window from the lid. The box and insert (21 PAP) go with paper and cardboard, the window (01 PET) and the shrink film around the set with plastic packaging (PMD). Elsewhere, follow your local rules.

Which cupcakes fit in the box for 6 cupcakes?

Standard cupcakes in cases of 51 x 38 mm fit in the 6 round holes of 6 cm. The box is 10 cm tall, so there is room for a generous topping or a cupcake topper as well.

Are cupcake cases or inserts included with the box?

The inserts are: you get 10 boxes with 10 inserts. Cupcake cases, cupcakes and decorations are ordered separately. Order matching cupcake cases with the boxes and you get an extra discount with a bundle deal.

Can you pipe the cupcakes inside the box?

Yes. The lid stays open upright, so you can place the cupcakes in the box and finish them there. Line the boxes up on your work surface and close them once everything is ready.

Can the box with cupcakes go in the freezer?

Yes, according to my supplier's specification this box is suitable for the freezer. Food contact has been assessed at room temperature or colder; oven and microwave are excluded.
