Double face satin ribbon - Gold

Gold satin ribbon is a party on a roll. One bow and your box of Christmas cookies, chocolates or a birthday cake looks like it came from an elegant patisserie. The ribbon comes in four widths, so there is always a size that fits.

A golden touch for every holiday

Around Christmas, gold is my favourite, together with red satin ribbon. For a sleek, luxurious look, combine it with black ribbon on a white box. It also looks warm and festive on kraft pastry boxes.

Which width of gold ribbon should you choose?

• 6 mm (50 metre roll): fine and delicate, for cookie bags, chocolate boxes and a small bow.
• 10 mm (25 metre roll): for treat bags, small boxes and boxes for 1 or 2 cupcakes.
• 16 mm (25 metre roll): for boxes of 4 to 6 cupcakes and cookie boxes.
• 25 mm (25 metre roll): for cake boxes, large gift boxes and a generous bow.

Material and disposal

The ribbon is made of 100% polyester and woven as double face satin: both sides are equally beautiful and shiny. If the ribbon twists while you tie a bow, nobody will notice. The ribbon is not intended for direct contact with food, so tie it around the box, the bag or the cake box and not directly around unwrapped bakes.

Disposal: used ribbon goes in general waste.

Can I combine gold ribbon with other ribbon?

Absolutely. Lay a narrow gold ribbon over a wider red, black or white ribbon. That gives a double bow with lots of impact.

How long is a roll?

A 6 mm roll is 50 metres long; the other widths come in 25 metre rolls. Enough for plenty of bows.

Can the ribbon touch the bakes directly?

No, the ribbon is not intended for direct contact with food. Tie it around the box, the bag or the cake box.
