With these 11 x 15.5 cm PLA cookie bags you pack cookies and small treats neatly and quickly. The bag has an adhesive strip on its 4 cm flap, so you close it without any tools, and for an extra neat finish you can heat seal it as well. It fits our bag toppers and comes in packs of 100.
Why this cookie bag?
Because you choose how to close it: quickly with the adhesive strip when you pack many cookies at once, or with a heat sealer for a professional, tight edge. The clear film keeps your cookie in full view, so your treat looks neat in the display counter, at a market or as a thank-you.
Which bag toppers fit this bag?
The bag is sized for our bag toppers: a folded card that sits over the top of the bag. Please note: the bag toppers are not included with the bags and are ordered separately.
Which cookies fit in it?
The bag is 11 cm wide and 15.5 cm high, with a 4 cm flap on top. It holds one round cookie of standard size, a few smaller cookies or a handful of sweets.

Material, food contact and disposal
The cookie bag is made of unprinted PLA (polylactic acid) film of 40 micron, with an adhesive strip. It complies with Regulation (EC) 1935/2004 on materials in contact with food and Regulation (EU) 10/2011 on plastics. Disposal in the Netherlands: the bag (07, PLA) goes with residual waste, not with plastic packaging and not with organic waste. Elsewhere, follow your local rules.
Frequently asked questions
Are these PLA cookie bags compostable?
We do not have a European compostability certificate (EN 13432) for this bag, so we make no compostability claim. In the Netherlands, put the bag in residual waste.
What is the difference with the 11 x 15 cm cookie bags?
This bag is made of PLA and has a 4 cm flap with an adhesive strip; you can also heat seal it. The 11 x 15 cm cookie bags are made of OPP with a resealable strip and go with plastic packaging (PMD) in the Netherlands.
Are bag toppers included with the bags?
No, the bag toppers are ordered separately. The bags come without a card.
Can the cookie go straight into the bag?
Yes, the bag is suitable for direct contact with all types of food when stored at room temperature or cooler.
