The stickers come on a roll in a dispenser, so you can unroll and stick them quickly. They are not intended for direct contact with food, so stick or hang them on the packaging and not on the bakes.
Disposal: loose stickers and the backing paper go in general waste. A cardboard box with a sticker on it can still go in paper recycling.
