With these white A5+ letterbox boxes of 255 x 160 x 28 mm you send your cookies as a letterbox parcel. The box is made to fit our letterbox cookie boxes of 250 x 155 x 26 mm exactly: your decorated cookies sit in that box, and this white box protects it on the way. It is supplied flat and comes in packs of 50.
Why an outer shipping box around your cookie box?
Because your cookie box then arrives clean and undamaged. The pretty box with your cookies stays free of stamps, labels and scuffs from the journey, and your customer unpacks it like a real gift. At 28 mm high, the shipping box stays within the maximum size of a PostNL letterbox parcel in the Netherlands (38 x 26.5 x 3.2 cm), so your recipient does not need to be home.
What else fits in it?
Anything that fits within this size, such as cookies in an 11 x 15 cm cookie bag or another flat cookie box. The box itself is not intended for direct contact with food, so always pack cookies or sweets separately first. Fill empty space with box filler so nothing moves around.
How do you fold and close the box?
The box is a top loader: you fill it from the top and close the lid with the tuck-in flaps. There is no adhesive strip, so you choose how to close it, with tape or a sealing sticker. See the folding instructions.

Material and disposal
The letterbox box is made of single-wall corrugated board (E-flute). The sum of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium in the board stays below 100 mg/kg, as required by Regulation (EU) 2025/40. Disposal in the Netherlands: the box (20 PAP) goes with paper and cardboard. Elsewhere, follow your local rules.
