Pink box for 12 cupcakes - shop window (10 pcs)

This pink box for 12 cupcakes, 34 x 26 x 10 cm, presents a full dozen cupcakes in festive style: the box is printed bright pink and varnished, and through the shop window with its scalloped awning edge twelve cupcakes stand upright in round holes. You order 10 boxes with 10 inserts; cupcake cases and cupcakes are not included.

Can you turn it into a pink cake box?

Yes. The sides click into place without flaps folding inwards, even when you leave out the insert. Without the insert it is a pink cake box of 34 x 26 x 10 cm for a number cake, letter cake or sheet cake; a white 34 x 26 cm cake board fits inside and is ordered separately.

Why is this box so easy to work with?

I designed this range myself, drawing on my own background as a baker. The lid stays open upright, so you can line up the boxes on your work surface and pipe the cupcakes in the box. At 10 cm tall there is room for generous toppings and cupcake toppers, and the round holes line up twelve cupcakes neatly.

Which occasions suit the pink box for 12 cupcakes?

Mother's Day, a baby shower, a hen party or a treat at work. Finish the box with a satin ribbon, cord, a themed sticker or a sleeve. The pink shop window range has the same box for 4 and 6 cupcakes; prefer white, choose the white box for 12 cupcakes.

Material, food contact and disposal

The box and the insert are made of GC2 board; for the box this is 350 g/m². The box is printed pink and varnished; the printing ink does not come into contact with the contents. The window is 50 micron PET. The board was produced under an FSC label; Cupcakedozen.nl is not FSC certified itself. According to my supplier's declaration of compliance, the box is suitable for direct contact with dry and fatty foods, such as cupcakes with buttercream, at room temperature or colder. It is not intended for moist, acidic or liquid foods, or for the oven or microwave. The box meets the PFAS requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/40, and the sum of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium stays below 100 mg/kg.

Disposal in the Netherlands: remove the window from the lid. The box and insert (21 PAP) go with paper and cardboard, the window (01 PET) and the shrink film around the set with plastic packaging (PMD). Elsewhere, follow your local rules.

Which cupcakes fit in the box for 12 cupcakes?

Standard cupcakes in cases of 51 x 38 mm fit in the 12 round holes of 6 cm. The box is 10 cm tall, so there is room for a generous topping or a cupcake topper as well.

Are cupcake cases or inserts included with the box?

The inserts are: you get 10 boxes with 10 inserts. Cupcake cases, cupcakes and decorations are ordered separately. Order matching cupcake cases with the boxes and you get an extra discount with a bundle deal.

Does a number cake fit in the pink box for 12 cupcakes?

Yes. Without the insert it is a flat cake box of 34 x 26 x 10 cm without inner flaps. A 34 x 26 cm cake board fits inside; it is ordered separately.

Can you put the box with cupcakes in the fridge?

Yes. According to my supplier's declaration of compliance, food contact has been assessed at room temperature or colder. Oven and microwave are excluded.

How do you dispose of the box?

In the Netherlands the empty box and insert (21 PAP) go with paper and cardboard. Remove the PET window (01 PET) first; it goes with plastic packaging (PMD). Elsewhere, follow your local rules.
