Product information
This tall cake box by Dasbi, 30 x 30 x 35 cm, is made to take a tiered cake or tall cake neatly to your customer or the venue. The box has a handle, a window and a closure, and comes in packs of 5.
Which cake fits in this box?
The boards from the Cake boards Ø 30 cm collection fit this box: 30 cm MDF cake boards, round, in various thicknesses and finishes. At 35 cm tall there is room for a tiered cake or a tall cake, as long as some space remains above and around the cake. The combo deals offer cake boxes with matching boards. For a smaller cake there is the tall cake box of 25 x 25 x 35 cm.
How do you transport the cake safely?
Place the box on a flat, firm surface in the car and keep it level. When carrying it, also support it from underneath, especially with a heavy tiered cake. Avoid knocks and tilting, and do not stack boxes on top of each other.
Can the cake go straight into the box?
No. Always place your cake on a separate cake board suitable for contact with food. The corrugated board is porous and the box has not been tested for direct food contact, so the cake and its decoration must not touch the base, the walls or the the window. Leave enough room around and above the cake.

Material, food contact and disposal
The box is made of white E-flute corrugated board of 400 g/m², with a window made of PET. The box is unprinted. It is intended as outer packaging for a cake on a cake board, not for direct contact with food. According to my supplier's declaration, the sum of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium in the box is below 100 mg/kg, and the board has been shown to meet the PFAS requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/40. After use, separate the window from the box: in the Netherlands the PET goes with plastic packaging (PMD), the board with paper and cardboard.

Can I reuse the box?
The box is intended for single use. Do not use a box that is wet, stained, deformed or torn.
How do I dispose of the box?
In the Netherlands, remove the PET and put it with plastic packaging (PMD). The corrugated board goes with paper and cardboard. Elsewhere, follow your local rules.
