Have you seen our smart cake dome (de slimme taartstolp)? It is a product that we have developed at Cupcakedozen.nl and that we are quite proud of. We get so many excited responses from our customers, that of course we would like to offer it in the rest of the EU as well.

Why put so many hours of hard work in your beautiful cake, just to have it hidden away in a cardboard box? Make sure your cake is on full display as a true showstopper in our innovative transparant cake box. It is 21 cm wide and 25 cm high.

We call it the smart cake dome (de slimme taartstolp in Dutch) because it requires very little storage space. You receive the cake dome flat, and when you need it, you simply fold it in to a cilinder with two easy to use clasps. This means safer shipping and easier storing. 

Our smart cake dome is 21 cm wide and 25 cm high. Because of the production process, and the maximum diameter of the machine, we unfortunately cannot produce the smart cake dome in any other sizes. 

 

You receive:

  1. Clear sheets for the cilinder with two hooks and eyes
  2. Two lids per cake dome, one for the bottom and one for a top
  3. Cakeboards

 

In short:

  1. Flat shipping so little storage space required 
  2. 21 cm wide and en 25 cm high
  3. It is a fixed size - we cannot do them wider/smaller/higher/lower
  4. Easily folded and used

How it works:

  1. Close the sheet into a cilinder by clasping the hooks and eyes. 
  2. Bake a cake and place it on the cake board, put this in one of the lids
  3. Place the cilinder over your cake. It falls within your bottom lid. 
  4. Place the top lid.
  5. You can add a strip of tape to the bottom for extra stability. 
  6. If you'd like you can decorate with ribbons and/or a logo sticker

 

Please take into account:

  1. Recycle this cake dome after use 
  2. Do not lift your cake on the sides but support the bottom
  3. The lids can be bent a bit when you receive them but this is no longer visible when used
