With these white A4+ letterbox boxes of 350 x 250 x 28 mm you send a complete cookie box as a letterbox parcel. The box is made to fit our white XL cookie box of 345 x 245 x 26 mm exactly: your decorated cookies sit under the clear lid of the XL box, and this white box protects it on the way. It is supplied flat and comes in packs of 50.
Why an outer shipping box around your XL cookie box?
Because your XL box then arrives clean and undamaged. The clear lid stays free of scratches, stamps and labels from the journey, and your customer unpacks it like a real gift. At 28 mm high, the shipping box stays within the maximum size of a PostNL letterbox parcel in the Netherlands (38 x 26.5 x 3.2 cm), so your recipient does not need to be home. That way you can sell and send larger cookie sets without costly parcel boxes.
What else fits in it?
Anything that fits within this size, such as a few cookies in 11 x 15 cm cookie bags or another flat cookie box. The box itself is not intended for direct contact with food, so always pack cookies or sweets separately first. Fill empty space with box filler so nothing moves around.
How do you fold and close the box?
The box is a top loader: you fill it from the top and close the lid with the tuck-in flaps. There is no adhesive strip, so you choose how to close it, with tape or a sealing sticker. See the folding instructions.

Material and disposal
The letterbox box is made of single-wall corrugated board (E-flute). The sum of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium in the board stays below 100 mg/kg, as required by Regulation (EU) 2025/40. Disposal in the Netherlands: the box (20 PAP) goes with paper and cardboard. Elsewhere, follow your local rules.
