White XL box for cookies (10 pcs)

This white XL 345 x 245 x 26 mm cookie box with a clear lid is the big sister of the letterbox box: room for a whole set of decorated cookies, and it fits into an A4+ letterbox box. You get 10 white bases with a loose insert and 10 clear lids, delivered flat.

When do you choose the XL?

When one row of cookies is not enough. A name or message in cookie letters, a complete birthday set or a thank-you for a whole class fits inside, and because the box is white, you set the theme. The lid locks with swan-neck corners, so it stays firmly in place.

Through the letterbox?

Yes, inside an A4+ letterbox box of at least 350 x 250 x 28 mm. The box itself is 26 mm tall. Make sure the cookies cannot slide, for example with a little box filler; I cannot accept responsibility for damage in transit.

Assembling and filling

A whole set of decorated cookies, a cookie alphabet spelling a name or a complete tasting box: the XL has room for a generous gift. Base, insert and lid arrive flat, per 10 pieces; the instruction video shows how to set them up. For moist or greasy sweets, first put greaseproof paper on the insert. Material, food contact and disposal

Base and insert are made of GC1 board, laminated on one side with a glossy 25 micron polypropylene (BOPP) film. The lid is made of clear PET, 250 micron, with swan-neck corner locks. According to my suppliers' declarations of compliance, the set is suitable for direct contact with dry food, chocolate and confectionery; the board must not be heated. According to the same suppliers, base and lid meet the PFAS and heavy metal requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/40.

Disposal in the Netherlands: base and insert (21 PAP, with a 05 PP laminate layer) go with paper and cardboard, the lid (01 PET) with plastic packaging (PMD) and the kraft paper around the set with paper and cardboard. Elsewhere, follow your local rules.

How does the lid stay in place?

The lid has swan-neck locks in the corners. You click them together when you set up the lid, so it sits firmly over the base.

Can the sweets go straight into the box?

Yes, for dry sweets, chocolate and confectionery: according to my suppliers' declarations, base, insert and lid are suitable for that. For moist or greasy treats such as doughnuts and brownies, first put down a sheet of greaseproof paper.

How do you dispose of the box?
