Are you fed up with cakes that don't stay upright? Transporting a wedding cake in the car can sometimes feel like a daunting mission. With our Cake Frame, you don't have to worry about that anymore. This innovative system offers optimum stability for all your stacked cakes.

How does it work?

With this Cake Frame you can easily create a stable cake construction:

  1. Start with the base: Place the center dowel in the bottom cake board with white rim.
  2. Cut to size: Measure the total height of your cake and cut the dowel slightly shorter than this height. Use a pair of cutting pliers for precision.
  3. Extra protection: Wrap the dowel in foil or floral tape before placing it in the cake for extra protection.
  4. Adding cake layers: Use cake boards with a center hole for the remaining layers and slide them over the dowel.
  5. Super stable result: Your cake is ready to transport and present, without any stress!

Tip: Use the stacked cake template to perfectly determine the center of your cake.

Please note: The dowel is intentionally slightly wider than the central hole of the cake board. This ensures a super stable cake frame that does not wobble. You can carefully tap the dowel into the board with a (rubber) hammer. Watch how that works here: Video - placing dowel

Available options

Choose from different frame sizes or complete sets:

  1. Basic frame 1: Ø25 cm, 6 mm thick + dowel of 30 cm.
  2. Basic frame 2: Ø30 cm, 9 mm thick + 50 cm dowel.
  3. Basic frame 3: Ø35 cm, 9 mm thick + 50 cm dowel.
